News UK & Ireland Trading Limited requires a Sales Manager to join the team in Dublin.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with our direct and agency clients in the Irish Sun. You will have the opportunity to showcase your sales experience and creativity by identifying opportunities, offering advertising solutions, and exceeding sales targets.

You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver advertising campaigns. You will implement sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, leveraging our print and digital platforms to maximise their reach and impact.

Day to day you will:

    Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through selling advertising space in print and digital formats.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and advertising agencies to understand their needs and provide solutions.

    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise sales potential.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and editorial, to create compelling advertising proposals and campaigns.

    Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

Candidate must have relevant work experience and qualifications.

The normal is 37.5 hours and the minimum wage is €36,051 per annum.
