Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will engage directly with potential customers, selling subscriptions to our product. Given the complex nature of our software, the role requires excellent listening skills to help prospects discover their needs and pain points. The sales process primarily involves conducting online demos for prospects with various backgrounds, spanning different time zones and languages as well as following up on those leads and with existing customers (upsell).

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.

- Conduct online meetings to explain our software and its benefits to potential customers.

- Help prospects understand their needs and how our software can solve their problems.

- Manage customer relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with the international team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- Education and Experience:

- Education in exercise physiology, preferably with a focus on endurance sport. Or significant knowledge and experience in energy metabolism

- Personal experience in sports is highly valued.

- Proven track record as a sales representative in a similar industry.

- Skills and Attributes:

- Strong listening skills and the ability to uncover customer pain points.

- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.

- Excellent in organizing own work schedule and work remotely as needed

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team.

- Willingness to take ownership and hold oneself and teammates accountable.
