Global Marine & Navy, a division of Johnson Controls, develops, produces and markets complete HVAC/R and controls systems for Marine, Offshore and Navy applications and is one of the world’s leading suppliers in this field. Marine & Navy have a global network that provides customers with 24/7 technical support, service and parts.Our Danish Global Marine service team delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across various marine segments within HVAC, refrigeration and controls. The sales team services our global customers together with our parts sales team and works closely with the dedicated project management as well as the field service team.The sales department in the Global Marine service consists of 4 Service Sales Executives, 4 Parts Sales Representatives and 3 Technical supporters.To maintain the strength of our department we are looking for a technical Service Sales Executive who proactively can build business with a wide range of our marine customers, focusing on delivering excellent service to fit their high technical demands.We offer you a challenging position in a global environment – where we win with customers and appreciate an entrepreneurial approach. Johnson Controls is committed to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion in the workspace.Based in Aarhus, Denmark, the position will be reporting to the Sales Manager.As our Service Sales Executive, you will lead our global Marine customers to the best possible solution.Some examples of activities/responsibilities:•manage, maintain and develop relationships to customers by having a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements•suggest efficient solutions based on the customer requirements and need•create detailed quotations based on cost calculations, proposal documents and documentation•responsible for negotiating all terms & conditions of the sale such as price, costs, delivery specifications and closing a sale with technical staff, buyers and managers•record and update sales and activities in our CRM system•proactively drive business through customer relations, exhibitions and events.Ønskede kompetencer og erfaringYour application will be considered, if you can demonstrate the following:•3-5 years of experience within industrial refrigeration industry•technical sales experience with flair for customer facing activities is desirable•capable of calculating, diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems•ability to understand and analyse technical documentation (like; PI, D&I, operating manuals and electrical diagrams)•knowledge from the marine industry would be appreciated•professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate technical information to bothtechnical and non-technical audienceAbout usOur belief is that great companies are powered by great people and led by inspired leaders; individuals who are authentic, who embrace new ideas, share a mutual respect for each other and do what’s right for their communities.
