Job Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the whole sales process of our AML group of products; from generating leads, nurturing client relationships, through finalizing the sale itself. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, presenting our products to potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound calls/emails.

    Sales Presentations: Assist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

    Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

    Sales Support: Provide support to the management team in the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

    Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new sales opportunities.

    CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.

    Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our AML solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.

    Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

    Continuous Learning: Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree.

    Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the AML software or financial services industry.

    Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    Proactive and results-driven with a passion for sales and technology.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Familiarity with AML regulations is key.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    Languages: English, in addition French and/or German would be an advantage
