Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

The Sales Development Representative (MDR) will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious new customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Focus will be creating new business at enterprise accounts in the Belux region via appointment setting for our Sales Executives. You must be comfortable making outbound calls, working with the Sales team, generating interest, and qualifying inbound leads.

The SDR is responsible for supporting the Sales department by creating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and pro-active outbound calls, emails, and social selling. Inbound leads are coming from events, webinars, content downloads and email campaigns. The SDR reports to the EMEA North SDR Manager with a dotted line to the Benlux Marketing Director. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join a rapidly growing cloud technology company.  

Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales accepted opportunities and appointment targets

  • Pro-actively calling into enterprise accounts to generate appointments for the sales team
  • Lead qualification and nurturing inbound leads through to appointment stage
  • Managing the handover process of the opportunities and appointments to the sales team
  • Working with and maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce.com). Log all calls, emails, contacts, opt-ins, and all other interactions with the prospect in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Follow-up on specific marketing campaigns
  • Overcome objections and effectively communicate SAP Concur's value propositions to key decision makers.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
  • Fluent in dutch, french, and english
  • Professional phone manner with a consultative approach and tone of voice
  • Result driven, team player and pro-active
  • Confident in overcoming rejection and setting challenging goals daily
  • Knowledge of social media tools and social selling
