Sales Development Executive – Cheltenham Salary £24,000 - £26,000 basic - £40,000 OTE uncapped Market leading UK Financial Technology firm is now seeking a driven, high performing Sales Development Executive to expand their market position. Having grown organically since 2002, the company is still showing enviable double digit growth year on year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking business that has a clear vision for strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be a highly enthusiastic and organised sales professional who will be at ease selling software and technical solutions, primarily to medium-sized businesses and larger corporates. Previous experience is highly desirable but not essential. The Role Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing inbound enquiries and focusing on the best growth opportunities. Ideally you'll have strong experience in managing pipeline opportunities and closing sales. The successful applicant will be required to deliver online or face-to-face presentations and product demos as and when required. You will be comfortable engaging with people at all levels in an organisation including senior management and board level The Candidate • Previous experience in technical sales is desirable along with a commercial or technical background • Superb verbal and written communication skills • You'll have a very structured sales approach and experience of using CRM systems to manage the sales cycle and provide accurate forecasting • Ability to prioritise your time to achieve sales targets Benefits include: • Matched pension contribution (up to 5%) • 20 days initial holiday rising by 1 day per year • Health Club Membership (after 6 months service) GB Solutions are a leading employment agency for jobs in Gloucestershire and beyond.
