Job Content :

Your main responsibilities:

As a Sales Contract Account Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

     Manage Framework Contract (Governance, strategy, partnership, process)

    Develop business with existing and potential new EUI

    Sell the full range of IT products and services in relation with the scope of the Framework Contract (Storage/backup/Cloud)

    Support and improve the processes in relation with the business needs

    Develop and maintain customer/supplier relationships

    Work collaboratively with back office, pre-sales, delivery Team

    Create and maintain a rolling multi-year IT/business strategy plan

    Generate new business in relation with the EUI needs

    Attend face to face meetings

    Prepare regular pipeline updates internal/external

Profile :

    You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an IT environment

    A proven experience of the Framework contract management

    Fluent in French and English

    You have good technical knowledge in IT Infrastructure (Storage/Backup/Cloud)

    Strong background in account management and business development

    Strong communication skills

    Excellent negotiating and presentation skills

    Ambitious, Agile oriented, proactive, organized and enthusiastic

    Result and customer satisfaction orientated
