Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team.
As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, restaurant managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of business strategies. This position requires a motivated individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including private catering, food truck operations, and event partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Customize sales pitches and proposals for different client segments.
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business. Address client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that attract new clients and boost sales. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related activities.
Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales efforts.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Experience in client relationship management.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of the restaurant, catering, and events industry is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
