Sales and Account Executive | Dublin 2, Ireland | Full Time | €40,000-€60,000 + uncapped commission and travel allowance

With over 30 years of excellence in the IT training industry, they continue to lead the way in providing top-notch training to businesses across Ireland. They are on the hunt for a dynamic Sales and Account Executive to join their team and help them continue their legacy of success.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years in a software sales environment with a proven track record of meeting targets
Proficient in account management, selling software and services, and working with Office 365
Excellent telephone manner, and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with document management software
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
A clean driving licence
Job Description
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Handle sales enquiries, follow up leads, and arrange online and on-site meetings
Demonstrate and present the “Practice Management System” to potential clients
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents
Work with the management team on new client sites and the technical support team on CRM issues
Assist with sales campaigns, including mail shots, e-shots, and seminars
Collate and report monthly sales figures
Liaise with the accounts team on client billing
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure additional client work is scoped, quoted, scheduled, and billed
Act as the main contact for client sites regarding additional services, technical, and training requests
Follow up with new clients to address system issues and requirements
