We are looking for a Reward Partner to join our dynamic Compensation and Benefits team. As a Reward Partner your role will be pivotal in contributing to the development, implementation and governance of the Ramboll Reward strategy. You will undertake significant reward related projects and initiatives with stakeholders including Management, HR Director’s and other business support departments.This role can be based anywhere in the Nordics, but the preferred location is our headquarter in Copenhagen as travel to this location will be required on a regular basis.

In the roles as Reward Partner you will be responsible for compensation and benefits for Finland, Norway, Sweden and one of the Global Market Business Units.

We expect you to administer and govern the company's compensation and benefits in accordance with established policies. Conduct job evaluations, model and govern salary increases and salary administration, model and govern other compensation elements, participate and analyse compensation and benefits surveys, collect internal and external data and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposals and budgets.

You will develop and conduct analysis and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programs in accordance with the organization's reward strategy. Participate in both Group wide as well as local compensation and benefits projects.

Together with the team of Rewards Partners we expect you to bring your professional expertise into play and recommend changes to compensation and benefit policies and processes that will be beneficial for the company and the employees and make sure that they are compliant with laws and regulations.

You and your competenciesThe ideal candidate for this role will have +5 years experience within compensation and benefits and hands-on experience defining and implementing a reward framework in a large and complex environment. You have experience implementing projects across cultures in an international matrix organisation. Ideally you have a university degree in HR, Business administration or Finance and you are an advanced user of excel and other HR and Reward tools.

Join the Group HR Centre of Excellence TeamYou will be part of a team consisting of 15 people. The Group HR Centre of Excellence team delivers solutions within the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility. The Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility team consists of 8 professionals and you will be reporting to Group Head of Compensation & Benefits.
