Salary on Offer:     34,000 Euros per annum gross          (plus accommodation if required)

Hours of work:         40 hours per week

We are looking for a vibrant and energetic Senior Restaurant Manager 10 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. -    10 year’s proven hospitality management experience-    Knowledge of coffee shop management, with well-honed Barista Art skills-    High-end experience in Food & Beverage Management with proven Mixology skills (cocktails and mocktails)-    Proven management experience in front-of-house operations including health & safety-    Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

As a Restaurant Manager Senior Position , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations to ensure an unparalleled guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and manage front-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

    Oversee bar operations, including crafting innovative cocktails, mocktails, curating wine selections, and skilled barista art, ensuring exceptional service.

    Develop and implement new drinks menus and pair cocktails with food profiles.

    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

    Manage stock control, cash handling, and vendor relationships.

    Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt and courteous service.

    Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas.

    Conduct regular safety training and inspections.

    Collaborate with kitchen staff and management team to ensure seamless operations.

Skills Required:

    Extensive industry experience in all of these roles:

    Senior Mixologist (cocktails, mocktails)

    Senior Barista Skills

    Bar Manager

    Front of House / Restaurant Manager.

    Proven ability to delegate tasks and lead a team effectively.

    Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments.

    Creative and inventive with a keen eye for detail.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

    Customer liaison, problem-solving, stock management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
