A restaurant is looking for an experienced sushi chef

We are looking for a qualified and independent sushi chef that likes to plan his/her work day, is flexible and prefers accuracy. If you are creative and likes to experience with new flavours, its' a big plus.

It is important that you have a few years' experience with sushi, and can confirm this with references.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily prep of assorted fish, vegetables and garnish.

• Production of á la carte orders, and take away

• Cleaning

• Responsibility of your own station according to the restaurant's HACCP

Requirements:

• Experience from sushi á la carte

• Independent

• Solution oriented

• Implement the restaurant sushi standards

• Team work

• Accurate and efficient

Salary: 230.00 - 250.00 NOK/h

Average working hours is 162.50 / month

Salary additions

Sunday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Overtime addition 50.00 %

Saturday addition 25.75 NOK/Hour

Vacation addition 12.00 %

Night time addition 47.41 NOK/Hour

Evening time addition 13.55 NOK/Hour

National holiday addition 100.00 %

Overtime and vacation money will be paid at the end of the contract.
