This Support Worker role with be 39 hours a week . This is a whole year role and you’ll be working on a shift system including early, late and weekend shifts. You will join a strong, focussed team in Maidstone where you will be given guidance and support along with full training and so experience as a Support Worker isn’t essential. About the site Our Home in Maidstone provides a safe, homely environment for young people who have Emotional and Behavioural difficulties or challenging behaviour.
