RESERVATION ASSISTANT for Verbier luxury transport company

Luxury passenger transport company is recruiting for a Reservation Assistant interested in growing with the business over the next several years. If you are great with people, masterful with details, amenable to the unusual hours that are intrinsic to resort work, and able to think on your feet, then we would like to meet you.

The Responsibilities

The primary focus of the Reservation Assistant is to assure flawless delivery of transfers for our guests with a focus on exceptional service to our partners.

The ideal candidate will...

- Be relentlessly detailed-oriented, verifying and re-verifying all of the small details of our VIP guests’ reservations

- Thrive in a very fast-paced environment with an ability to respond quickly to clients & colleagues calmly & correctly

- Be patient, charming, and always upbeat with demanding guests often under stress and time-pressures

- Be organised & efficient to effectively manage a large volume of correspondence quickly, accurately & independently

- Have prior experience with the provision of luxury services or logistics such as in conciergerie, hotel reservations or transport services

- Be fluent in English with French or German knowledge appreciated

The Role

The role is full-time December - April with the possibility of additional hours during the summer for an interested candidate. Hours will mainly include evening and weekend work. Ideally you would be based in Verbier with the possibility of remote / home working.
