Research/Cryptography Engineer. Thurgau. Suiza

We are growing our team and looking for a high-skilled software engineer with experience building and maintaining cryptography projects. As the in-house expert on cryptography, you will research, develop and implement cutting-edge cryptographic algorithms and protocols.

Responsibilities:

● Research & Development: Conduct research on novel cryptographic algorithms and protocols. Stay updated with the latest advancements in cryptography and related fields. Work on consensus improvements and new cryptography and other blockchain related research and implementation.

● Prototyping: Develop prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of new cryptographic techniques.

● Performance Optimization: Optimize cryptographic algorithms for efficiency, speed, and scalability while ensuring robust security.

● Cryptographic Engineering: Implement cryptographic solutions in software ensuring they meet the desired security and performance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

● Work experience of 3+ years in research.

● Knowledge and experience with cryptography.

● Demonstrated experience writing well-structured, clean, maintainable code.

● Good record of publications and research papers.

● Ability to learn new languages, APIs and SDKs quickly.

● Knowledge of Rust or other low-level language.

● Strong communication and remote friendly working skills.

● Ability to analyze complex security problems and devise innovative solutions.

● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields is a must.
