Renewable Structured Contract Senior Middle Office Analyst

Candidate Profile :

•    You hold a University Degree in Business/Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

•    You show a strong understanding of renewable energy markets and structured contracts, including PPAs and RECs.

•    You have advanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools, and at least in one programming language such as Python, VBA, or SQL.

•    You have a prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management is advantageous.

•    You are able to write and maintain code for automating analysis, developing financial models, and integrating systems. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.

•    You show excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

•    Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.

What You Will Do:

•    You will oversee and interpret structured contracts related to renewable energy sources, such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).

•    You will perform daily Profit and Loss (PnL) analysis and position monitoring for renewable energy structured contracts to ensure accurate financial tracking.

•    You will work closely with traders and other stakeholders to ensure precise tracking and reporting of renewable energy trading activities.

•    You will create and maintain risk reporting and analytical tools to effectively communicate position, PnL, and market risk for renewable energy portfolios.

•    You will partner with the Global Risk Control team to analyze market risk and implement risk management strategies for renewable energy trading activities.

•    You will coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Back Office, and Finance teams to optimize renewable energy trading operations and achieve business goals.

•    You will implement Coding Solutions to develop, enhance, and maintain software tools for structured contract analysis, risk management, and trading optimization. Common tasks include scripting automated reports, building risk models, and integrating data from various sources.
