Your future team

Our Clients & Operations team serves the investment fund industry and supports our clients in the distribution of their funds across the world by providing operational assistance, technical expertise and project coordination.

We are currently looking to expand our team and are in search of motivated and dynamic talents in the area of cross-border fund registration.

What you will do

Coordinate Cross-Border Fund Registration and Post-Registration Projects:

    Assist top global asset managers in marketing their investment products across Europe and non-European countries.

    Facilitate the process of obtaining prior authorization from local regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with post-registration obligations.

Develop and Apply Regulatory Expertise:

    Gain a deep understanding of local and global regulations related to the distribution and marketing of investment funds, particularly UCITS and AIFs.

    Assess the impact of regulatory changes on clients' activities and provide informed advice.

Client Service Management:

    Serve as the day-to-day trusted advisor for clients, maintaining regular contact and effectively communicating project progress.

    Conduct regular calls, presentations, and meetings to update clients on project status.

Stakeholder Interaction:

    Collaborate with various stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and clients' legal advisers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Who you are

    Have some experience in a similar position and/or in the fund industry and more specifically in cross-border fund distribution

    Are fluent in English (both oral and written); French and/or German will considered an asset

    Are flexible, efficient in organizing workload and able to set priorities

    Are seen as a proactive, reliable and a rigorous person with a high attention to detail

    Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Are a quick learner with a positive attitude

    You are skilled in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
