 Based in Ninove / Belgium, within our recruitment team, your missions are:     ·         Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time ·         Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need ·         Search and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment ·         Identify suitable recruitment channels ·         Build networks to find qualified passive candidates ·         Post of all open job openings on PLG website with the collaboration of Marketing ·         Post job openings on local job boards in collaboration with local HR/GM ·         Analyse received CV, based on the requirements ·         Conduct initial interviews   ·         Send shortlisted candidates, based on requirements and feedback on initial phone interview to requesting manager and local HR/GM ·         Look for most cost effective method of recruitment for roles ·         Ensure continuous communication with all stakeholders so they are up to date with recruitment progress    ·      ·  Education Bachelor¿s or Master degree in HR ·         Experience 3 years of work experience in the recruitment of scientific profiles Good knowledge of English and Dutch, French or German is a plus ·         Sales oriented ·         Good listening skills ·         Good analytical and interpersonal skills ·         Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews ·         Experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) ·         Excellent communication skills  ·         Experience of working in recruitment dealing with high volume recruitment ·         Knowledge of scientific industry ·         Expertise in local and international  recruitment tools/ partners/ job boards ·         Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines ·         Experience in a fast growth environment would be desirable ¿  Interested ?
