Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Associate, your responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:
Actively source, qualify and screen candidates
Manage and update our CRM & Database
Posting on jobs boards, checking the internal databases and social media platforms.
Maintaining a high level of communication with your client and candidates
Each day you will reach out/network with candidates on Talent bank/Indeed/Irish jobs
Identification and management of potential candidate communication and attraction strategies, with the support of marketing you will promote priority/hot jobs each week across our website/social media and through universities.
To develop a rapid response to potential applicants ensuring the streamlining of shortlisting and scheduling the interview.
All candidates interviewing for Medforce must be prepared full 48 hours before interview.
Assist our clients to conduct interviews.
To manage the post interview process including verification of qualifications and job offers.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
You will ideally have 1 – 2 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment.
Experience in the Health and Social Care sector would be beneficial; however, this is not essential.
You will thrive on delivering results for both your clients & candidates
You will know the value of daily and planned business development
You will be required to participate in candidate engagement & networking activities to achieve your role KPI & revenue targets
You enjoy learning new systems, new approaches & digital skills to reach clients and in-demand talent
The ability to work in a highly competitive environment and work well under pressure.
You will value autonomy to get things done & seek out coaching or support when needed.
You work well with a small team and maximize job visibility and your role as a trusted recruitment agent using web and social platform
You will have prior experience in a fast-paced competitive recruitment environment
You will be a self-starter and will demonstrate innovation in terms of developing strategies
You will be confident, professional, have an entrepreneurial spirit.
You will be creative and innovative in solving problems
You will be ambitious and focused on establishing a career in recruitment.
Solid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and outlook.
