Aufgabengebiet
-Responsible for end to end recruitment process for diverse level profiles, ensuring a pleasant experience to potential talents.
-Accountable for high-volume full lifecycle recruiting for complex searches and functions; including proactive sourcing in order to build pipeline for future talent needs.
-Creating innovative approaches to attract talents by leveraging social media platforms and advanced sourcing tools.
-Conducting competency based interviews and assessments in English.
-Building and maintaining a network of candidates through targeted approach and recruitment.
-Updating and managing all candidate & client activity through an Applicant Tracking System.
-Collaborate with the rest of the recruitment team to support process improvements and share best practices to meet the needs of recruiting.
Anforderungsprofil
-You are fluent in English and German
-You have experience in recruitment, resource management or candidate research
-You have excellent communication skills with an ability to manage different stakeholders and influence over the phone/video
-You have commercial acumen - You are alert to commercial opportunities and information
-You are a systems user who values accurate and timely data, whilst balancing timelines and deadline requirements
-You are a challenger and like to surpass yourself daily
-You are curious, rigorous, and autonomous. Your adaptability, your reactivity, your dynamism, and your sense of responsibility will be undeniable assets for this position
