Description:

The Custody & Portfolio Resolution Department has two main functions:

- Reconciliation of asset positions and cash entries

 Nostro cash accounts against Agents and Prime brokers

 Security position and transactions against Sub-Custodians and Agents

- Derivative Portfolio reconciliations and Regulatory trades reporting : MIFIDII, SFTR, EMIR

In order to support the team, we are looking for a junior Officer to cover the asset position reconciliations for a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Your main tasks will be to:

 Perform regular reconciliation of the Asset statement from sub custodian with depository's record.

 Ensure the daily control of security transactions confirmations (MT54X).

 Identify the reason of outstanding items and take necessary actions to solve discrepancies

 Participate to the preparation of various reporting

Job requirements:

 Studies in Economics or Finance

 First experience in a similar function.

 Good knowledge of financial products

 Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

 Fluency in English

 Be highly accurate and dedicated to quality

 Ability to work with deadlines

 Good organisational skills.
