What's the role? As Quality Manager Business Excellence you support the introduction and further development of global Quality and Process Management standards at Hilti as part of the Business Excellence department.
You are a key driver of global quality and process improvement initiatives and projects and give guidance to the established Global Process Organisation.

What does the role involve? In your role as Quality Manager Business Excellence, you support and accompany the further optimisation of our Global Process Management System (GPMS), the central part of the Quality Management System at Hilti.
The continuous adaptation of process governance in strong alignment with the business needs of the different Lines of Business in HQ and all our regions is one of the main objectives of this role.
Additionally, you prepare, organise and manage internal and external process audits and drive all needed actions to achieve the necessary external certifications on a global scale.
Hilti Key Facts Our Business Excellence is a small and independent governance function owning the Hilti Process Management System.
The function offers global responsibility and frequent interaction with Process Owners and Process Managers in HQ, all our regions, with Lines of Business, with Global IT, as well as with Externals.

What you need is: - Master Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar; PhD preferred - Min.
3 years of experience in Business Process Management, Business and Strategy Development - Experience in Project Management is an added advantage - Audit experience preferred (ISO 9000, 14000, 27000) - Fluent in English (verbal and written), multi-lingual preferred
