Quality Assurance Technician Dublin 12, Co. Dublin €27,500 - €32,000 If you are an inspection engineer from a telecommunications or electronics background, this is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your expertise with an innovative business. Our client is the nation’s leading supplier of quality printed circuit boards and printed circuit board assemblies. They are now looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. Within a fast-paced environment, you will have the chance to help maintain our client’s reputation for excellence and get involved in a number of areas within the organisation. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll help to maintain our client’s quality standards and support the smooth running of the business. In this diverse role, you’ll assist with a range of quality, production, stores and dispatch activities. Specifically, you will: - Inspect printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring they adhere to customers’ specifications and company standards - Support the continuous improvement plan and utilise the quality management system - Ensure that suppliers promptly respond to any quality issues - Assist with assembly and repair activities - Liaise with the Purchasing and Production Teams regarding the management of the Stores area - Assist with the tracking of both incoming and outgoing goods Interested? To be considered, you will need: - At least two years’ experience as an inspection engineer, gained within electronics and/or telecommunications - To be qualified to Level 5 standard, including a leaving certificate, leaving certificate applied and/or leaving certificate vocational programme, in an electronics or computer related discipline Organised and proactive, as a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll have strong communication skills and a great eye for detail.
