What you learn (experienced colleagues will provide you with all necessary trainings and support) – your everyday challenges will include :

- Translating financial documents and invoices (English – Japanese)

- Handling communication (via email and/or via phone) with vendors and/or banks

- Receiving accounting documents and processing data and vouchers according to procedures, general accounting principles, chart of accounts, cost center structures and applicable country specific work instructions (posting of selected invoices from workflow)

- Making sure that the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained

- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

What skills will be necessary:

- Good command of English (min. B2 level)

- Good command of Japanese (min. B1/B2 level)

- Student of Finance & Accounting (preferably)

- Good command of MS Office

- Diligent and systematic approach to work

- Team player

- Analytical skills

- Time & task management

- Very good communication skills

- Professional maturity

- CV/Resume required

- Must possess permit to work in Poland
