The main roles and responsibilities include:

•    Devising and implementing a local store marketing plan in accordance with company guidelines.

•    Completing a weekly Audit and to file back copies for inspection.

•    Purchasing or directing the purchase of supplies and arranging for preparation of accounts

•    Generate pipeline of prospective clients through proactive prospecting, research and outreach online, through social medial channels and walk-ins

•    Liaising regularly with Senior Management and Human Resources in respect of staffing issues

•    Recording weekly food, beverage & non-consumable purchases, ensuring weekly purchasing budgets are not exceeded.

•    Determining staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements are adhered to

•    Genuine enthusiasm for retail outlets and supply chain and proficiency in client and campaign management.

•    Own and grow an existing book of business, liaise with our Products and Marketing Team to stay up-to-date with new features and products launches.

•    Recording and managing all employee hours weekly on the payroll return including the management of holidays, hours owed, etc as well as ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997.

Candidates would be expected to have a Business Degree, an impeccable communicator, comfortable talking to people in Portuguese and excel in maintaining strong relationships especially with the Brazilian community in Ireland.  Remuneration is €34,000 per year 39 hours working week.
