Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

Responsibilities will include:

· Managing a portfolio of projects from inception to delivery.

· Identifying success metrics (in partnership with stakeholders), and establishing reporting cadences.

· Using data to identify trends and quickly resolve defects.

· Owning status and risk-related communications to project teams and stakeholders.

· Driving project-related change management activities.

· Identify opportunities to invent and simplify project components and solutions.

· Collaborating with members of the Business Operations and Recruiting Products & Services teams to integrate their work with that of the broader Talent Acquisition organization. Advocating for the candidate experience.


· Bachelor’s degree required

· 5+ years of program/project management experience in a fast-paced environment

· Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership, and delivering results

· Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, including senior members of the business

· Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey complex ideas in a simplified manner


· Certified project/program management credentials

· Demonstrated expertise in process management-Six Sigma/green belt certification

· Experience leading global or regional program initiatives and/or process improvement efforts; technical and non-technical

· Bias for action, excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through

· Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results

· Ability to deliver results with self-initiative and determination in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment

· Ability to see around corners thinking about both the big picture and individual needs

· Proven effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence a wide variety of audiences - technical and business clients, HR functions, and all levels of employees
