About The Role

• Management of client-facing projects

• Develops the Business Case according to the Project goals

• Thorough documentation throughout the project life cycle

• Issue tracking and management, ensuring that the appropriate stakeholders agree with the resolutions

• Performs a cost/benefit analysis of the Project

• Defines project scope based on the Project sponsor's objectives together with input from the stakeholders, both internally and externally

• Identification and management of project risks, ensuring that the appropriate measures are taken and the required steps to mitigate these risks are completed

• Reports project status and issues to business unit on a regular basis

• Assists with the development and the implementation of new systems

• Interfaces with other business units involved in the project and coordinates the project team and activities across all organizations involved in the project

About You

• Minimum 3-5 years of management/supervisory/project management experience - ideally in Financial Services or Investment Funds Industry

• End to end experience of project lifecycle in any methodology

• University degree in accounting, banking, finance, business administration, or equivalent professional qualification

• Advanced computer skills (Excel, eFront, Multifonds, Olympic, SimCorp, GP3, etc...)

• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, respect of deadlines, problem solving

• Proactive and analytical mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Time and people management, and supervisory skills

• Fluent in English; any other languages (ex. French) is considered a good plus
