We Offer •Are you looking for a new meaningful challenge as a Project Manager in a dynamic environment? We offer you the rare chance to join our Global Regulatory Shareholding Reporting (RSR) team located in Zurich •As a key person you will handle together with the relevant Business and IT key business partners all planned Book of Work items with respect to technical implementation and you ensure accurate, timely and complete delivery of all technical changes •You will be responsible for writing business requirements documents and ensure that functional requirements documents are accurate, complete and signed-off •As committed project manager we will give you the chance to own the development of the global shareholding reporting system, manage basis system upgrades as well as the implementation of new regulations or regulatory updates •To support our team you lead all new business activities impacting the RSR area and ensuring implementation on time •Part of your responsibilities will be to run the RSR QA, Control & Projects Teams, which ensures a complete technical documentation, including performing, coordinating and documenting all UAT tests for all regions •Your project teams will control the review as well as the analysis of all exception reports and integrating IT necessary system upgrades •As an interface function you coordinate potential defects/issues with IT globally •Your team performs required annual reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness, e.g. data feed completeness analysis, legal entity coverage, country coverage etc. •You act as a manager for the whole functions in all NON-IT projects (policies, manuals, procedures, documentation, new businesses etc.) •We are open for flexible / agile working You Offer •A University degree in economics, business administration or similar qualification with equivalent experience and specialization in finance or banking •At least 10 years of professional experience within the financial service industry and a minimum of 6 years of experience working on Regulatory Shareholding Reporting mandates in combination with profound leadership and project management experience •Your excellent knowledge of securities and securities reference data allows you to successfully contribute to the team's targets •Your are a proficient user of all MS Office tools, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, MS Access •Excellent English language skills are a requirement, other language skills are of advantage •You have a pragmatic working approach characterized by seeing problems as a challenge and a strong sense of ownership •Your high accuracy and quality standard enable you to deal with complex and detail oriented task •Are you an open-minded and dedicated person with a high level of motivation?
