Programmer and Software Developer

An exciting opportunity has opened up to join our organization as a Programmer and Software Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a comprehensive suite of domiciliary care software. Additionally, you will work on developing our website to support our home care organization, enabling us to deliver integrated home and preventative care services. Your work will ensure efficient resource management, allowing us to focus more on providing high-quality care and making a significant impact on our business.

You will have the chance to explore your creativity and collaborate with a diverse and innovative team from around the world. Your contributions will include:

    Developing next-generation cloud-based clinical encoding solutions.

    Actively participating in discussions on software design, development approaches, and testing.

    Ensuring technical documentation is thorough and up-to-date.

    Adhering to best practices, including security protocols and development standards.

    Creating and maintaining robust testing plans.

    Providing support to the commercial teams when needed.

Required Skills and Expertise

To be successful in this role, We require the following qualifications from the outset:

    A degree or equivalent commercial experience.

    At least three (3) years of cloud-based web development experience in a private, public, government, or military setting.

    Three years of experience in programming with Java and/or C# (.Net, .Net Core).

    Three years of experience with AWS cloud-based solutions, including full lifecycle development.

    Three years of experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular).

    Familiarity with MongoDB or other document-based databases.

    Experience with SQL/relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications that may enhance your success in this role include:

    Experience working in agile teams.

    Experience collaborating across multiple teams.

    Prior experience in healthcare or healthcare technology.

    Familiarity with OpenInsight or other PICK-based database systems (multi-value).

Employment Details

    Position: Full-time/permanent contract.

    Location: Dublin 2.

    Working Hours: 39 hours per week.

    Annual Salary: €45,000  to  65,000
