Do you want to be part of driving the change for saving democracy? Are you curios on the implications of the development of digital technologies and do you have an interest in how DTU can support organizations and people in taking part in the digital transformation we very much hope to see an application from you.
We are looking for a motivated Programme Partner to co-create and facilitate competence development programmes as well as different projects within the area of the Tech4Civ strategy under the guidance of the head of section and teamleader. You will be part of a great team enhancing research-based competence development programmes within the area of digital transformation, innovation and sustainability as well as cross-border collaboration projects. As Program Partner you will therefore be part of driving an important agenda helping to ensure open, inclusive, and democratic organisations for the future.
The job
You will in close collaboration with the rest of team in the Tech4Civ research group:
- Deliver competence development programmes as well as different projects based on
- A holistic co-creation approach involving the participating organisations, the participants as well as the researchers and experts delivering the content.
- An experimental mindset, creating the space for trying out different methodologies in agreement with the partners involved.
- Respect for driving a transformational agenda by understanding the dynamics in which digital transformation drives change in organisations.
- Support the co-creation of new tools and methodologies within how to drive digital competence and sustainable programmes based on:
- A thorough understanding of the change process’ in organisations.
- Strong collaboration with the researchers in the Tech4Civ group enabling shared learnings during the delivery of the competence programmes - opening your learning room enabling further research within the area.
- Facilitate competence development programmes and projects based on
- a safe and open learning space where both participants and speakers are given the best opportunities to build a shared language.
- having an eye for the details, hereunder creating the needed materials to support the learnings.
- Developing strong faculty and partner relationships, encouraging strong involvement in the programmes
Our expectations of you
We imagine that you are a positive person who embraces possibilities and is a team player.
You have a master’s degree-level education. Preferable you have experience from HR, organisational development, business education or higher education. Former experience with facilitating programmes, workshops or teaching is an advantage.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC). The allowance will be agreed upon with the relevant union.

The position is based on the Tech4Civ strategy founded by PhD student and Head of Section Anja Mie Weile and Professor & Director Jan Madsen. Tech4Civ is DTU’s vision for ensuring inclusive, democratic, and open societies by empowering citizens to understand and engage in the digital transformation and its impact for society. Through a novel approach combining research, competence development, scientific advisory, and innovation initiatives, the Tech4Civ Group drives the development of a digital mindset ensuring that contemporary laws and new tech solutions are co-created, based on a sustainable and ethical understanding.
