Connections Arts Centre’s (CAC) mission is to champion Arts and Community Educational programmes that bridge existing gaps, counteract devaluation, and promote inclusivity for people with disabilities.

Job Overview: Connections Arts Centre is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme and Project Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and successful implementation of our arts programmes, community education programmes, and projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to enhance our offerings and impact.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of Arts and Community Education programmes and projects in line with Connections Arts Centre's strategic goals.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop a sustainable commercial strategy to meet the growing needs of the Centre's programmes.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, community groups, funding bodies, and partners.

Develop and monitor project plans, including setting objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

Prepare detailed reports on project status, outcomes, and impact for internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate and facilitate workshops, events, and activities that support the Centre’s mission and ongoing programmes.

Identify opportunities for new projects and partnerships that align with our goals.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Collaborate with other project managers and stakeholders to identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.

Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Develop and implement a multi-channel donor development programme to grow the Centre’s supporter base.

Support the delivery of a brand and marketing strategy to position the messaging and impact of Connections Arts Centre with wider audiences.

Ensure effective use of digital channels across to provide more individualised supporter journeys, increase engagement, and grow digital engagement and funding.

Foster a culture of learning, development, and innovation across the team.

Create and implement processes to increase efficiencies and value for investment.

Manage budgets to ensure good governance across expenditure and ROI for programmes and brand activities.

Represent Connections Arts Centre at events across the country and abroad where necessary

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the non-profit sector.

Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion, including managing budgets and timelines.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse
