Production Manager. Irlanda

Production managers plan, organise, direct and co-ordinate the activities and resources necessary for production in the food manufacturing industry, including the maintenance of engineering items, equipment, and machinery.

=>Tasks include:

•⁠  ⁠Liaising with other managers to plan overall production activity and daily manufacturing activity, setting quality standards, and estimating timescales and costs for our farm-fresh produce.

•⁠  ⁠Managing production to ensure that orders for our potatoes, carrots, and other vegetables are completed to an agreed date and conform to customer and other requirements.

•⁠  ⁠Monitoring production and production costs and undertaking or arranging for the preparation of reports and records specific to our crop yields and processing efficiency.

•⁠  ⁠Overseeing the supervision of the production line and its staff, ensuring targets for harvesting, washing, sorting, and packaging are met.

•⁠  ⁠Ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations and standards to maintain the high quality and safety of products.

•⁠  ⁠Coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure all farm equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition to prevent any disruptions in the production process.
