What will you do in the role of a Production Coordinator/Engineer;

- Clearly outline and document the procedures for testing and reworking motherboards, backplanes, and add-on cards, ensuring adherence to specific requirements for each component.

- Perform rigorous testing of products and implement necessary software upgrades in accordance with engineering change orders (ECOs).

- Coordinate scheduling activities to align with sales forecasts and Program Management (PGM) requirements, optimizing production timelines.

- Work closely with various teams and departments to streamline processes and reduce release time, fostering efficiency in product development and delivery.

- Maintain open communication channels with the quality team to provide updates on issues and collaborate on finding solutions for new and pending issues.

- Support the review of defects and participate in root cause analysis efforts to identify underlying issues, facilitating continuous improvement in product quality.
