Content Moderators are individuals that review and moderate user generated/online content such as video, audio and text-based content (live or otherwise) for companies across sectors including social media, gaming, online communities, dating and pornography.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a Product Owner to prepare, prioritize, and define work for our

development team. The responsibilities of this role include managing feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints. Additionally, the Product Owner will be responsible for clearly communicating the product vision and priorities to ensure alignment and focus. The role of the Product Owner is crucial for bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the team focuses on the most valuable tasks. Ultimately, you will help us prioritize our resources and efforts to build the most impactful products possible. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the product and market, the ability to prioritize and make trade-offs between different needs, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate the product vision to the development team ensuring the team

understands the overall goals and purpose of the product.

Regularly update and organize the backlog to reflect the most important tasks.

Develop detailed user stories and requirements that guide development.

Define objectives for each sprint and outline the schedule for product releases.

Ensure alignment with product management for smooth and timely releases.

Monitor ongoing work, identify obstacles, and resolve production issues promptly.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope.

Implement effective change management strategies to handle scope and schedule

adjustments.

Create and share detailed release notes to inform stakeholders about updates and

changes.

Report and escalate issues to product management when required

Requirements for this role:

2+ years' experience in a product role.

Understanding of agile methodologies and practices.

Proven ability to manage and deliver projects successfully.

Skilled in creating detailed and clear user stories for development teams.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong skills in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.

Familiarity with working in agile team environments.

Understanding or hands-on experience in app development.

Strong abilities in both written and spoken communication.

Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
