Product Manager. Noruega

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving product development and ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring feedback and optimization of key products, working across various departments to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to drive product development.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Define and help prioritize product features and requirements.
• Help build product roadmaps development  and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience using product management tools and Agile methodologies.

• Experience from VC backed companies is a plus
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience with product development in B2B
