Our R&D team is looking for a new talent, starting at the earliest possible time as Product

Development Engineer in Luxembourg.

How you'll add value

We are looking for an Product Development Engineer (m/f/d), who participate to the development & design of products.

What you'll do

 ParƟcipate to the development, design, change and / or enhancement of products or features of products for all our product ranges by applying a reliable and cost- effecƟve approach.

 Draw up plans using computer-assisted engineering & design soŌware.

 Contribute to the development of mock-ups, prototypes, 3D systems that allow presenƟng the product.

 Accurately define material, construcƟon, labor costs as well as project Ɵmelines.

 Make sure projects meet specificaƟons and regulaƟons.

 Generate documentaƟon for the producƟon of design history files & device master record.

 Create and maintain Bill of materials for producƟon in ERP system.

 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure fulfilment of customer needs and proacƟve handling of incidents/complaints.

 Determine root cause analysis of problems that exist or are reported by clients.

 Create and review supporƟve training content: wriƩen procedures, FAQs, presentaƟons, … for use in enhancing our customer's support experience as well as

internal product knowledge transfer.

 Ensure proper tesƟng, documentaƟon, validaƟon, risk analysis for R&D department.

What you'll bring

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering / industrial design or equivalent work experience

 Ideally, you have a specializaƟon in thermo dynamics, simulaƟon, mechanical design

 5 to 10 years of experience in product development or industrial design, ideally in the development of Medical Devices

 Ability to proacƟvely take over a project, esƟmate workload and ensure delivery within required deadlines

 Strong organizaƟonal skills and aƩenƟon for details to successfully manage compeƟng prioriƟes and build credibility with clients

 Rigorous and analyƟcal mind-set

 Team player who enjoys having interpersonal contacts and you also like working independently

 Stress-resistant and enjoying challenges associated with technical development

 Dynamic, hands-on and business-driven

 CaƟaV5 (3D / 2D)

 Tolerances stack-up and drawing creation

 Detailed knowledge technologies for sheet metal and plastic manufacturing processing and materials

 Project management methodology

 English is mandatory. German and / or French is considered as an asset.

 Use of Adobe CreaƟve Cloud tools, CG rendering (Keyshot, Blender, Rhino etc.) would be an asset
