Job Summary

We are actively looking for an exceptionally motivated individual supporting the Product Administration Reporting Team. You will be working alongside a team of colleagues from other businesses and functions to provide you with the opportunity to take your career to the next level. As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst/Associate in our Luxembourg team, you will be tasked with ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements of the Management Company / AIFM JPMorgan Asset Management (Europe) S.à r.l.

You will work in a team-oriented environment with various vendors, auditors and internal stakeholders to fulfil the obligations. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact in our organization and grow professionally.

Job Responsibilities

    Overseeing the operating model that supports the aggregation of data used in the Firm's reporting process. This includes the execution of key data integrity controls, reconciliations, adjustments and analytics.

    Document production timelines, maintenance of issue logs, checks and adjustments of data deliveries, execution of validation steps, comparison of report outputs.

    Support the oversight of regulatory reporting submissions to European regulators.

    Execute and develop data-driven solutions to increase efficiency, accuracy and utility of data processing.

    Partnering with internal data source providers and stakeholders across all lines of business to complete data investigations and resolve data quality issue.

    Provide technical expertise and support to internal users for interpreting data and troubleshooting issues.

    Define, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the production processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    University degree in IT, Finance or related fields

    Several years of experience in a Finance, Banking Operations or Client Services role

    Fluent in English

    Strong interpersonal and team working skills

    Self-motivated that is able to work with minimal supervision

    Attention to detail – takes personal responsibility to ensure that work meets the highest quality standards

    Good judgment and problem solving skills

    Programming skills (VBA / Python)

    Proficiency in data extraction, manipulation and analysis
