Tralo Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced Procurement and Maintenance Engineer. You will oversee all the Procurement and Maintenance Cycle and report to the General Manager. You will manage, proactively, our process in order to fulfil an optimal operation of our equipment and services.  

Responsibilities:

Manage the Goods and Services Procurement Plan for our premises

Responsible for Technical Equipment Procurement for renovations and maintenance

Supervise all issues with our external contractors/consultants and suppliers

Conduct all the Procurement/Maintenance Cycle from Sourcing, Purchasing, Delivery, Warranties and Maintenance for our facilities,    

Coordinate Maintenance Plans with our contractors and ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs are carried out in compliance with our checklists.  

Skills:

Proven Procurement and Negotiation Skills with contractors and suppliers

Strong Knowledge of the Procurement Cycle and best practices

Team player with excellent oral communication

Experienced planner and ability to initiate small projects with stakeholders and contractors

Strong interest in continuous improvement and high standards

Ability to identify any risk and to develop an action plan.  

Qualifications/Experience:

3 years Procurement of Goods and Services

1 year Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Procurement/Business Degree
