The vacancy.

As one of the Proces Automation Engineers, you are responsible for the design and development of software and hardware related control solutions across the entire production site in Budel.

What will be your tasks?

Realizing automation projects independently or together with your colleagues in a PLC, DCS, IoT environment;

• For the larger projects you are the project engineer who monitors the application of the company standards;
• Constantly improving and optimizing the process and installations;
• You solve very complex failures, this can be in support of the technical department;
• You play a major role in the digitalization aspect of the company.

What does our customer expect from you?

• A relevant Bachelor educational level;
• Experience with Siemens Step7 (SCL), TIA and WinCC Flexible, DCS systems and SCADA applications;
• Knowledge of risk reduction techniques, performance level and SIL classifications;
• Knowledge of C/ C++ is desirable;
• Knowledge of OPC, SQL is an advantage;
• Fluent in Dutch and conversational English;
• A team player, assertive and independent;
• Analytical and problem-solving thinking skills;
• Proactive and able to set the right priorities;
• Stress resistant and able to meet deadlines;
• The ambition to learn new techniques and skills;
• You will participate in the on-call automation schedule.
