Location: CEE-Headoffice Vienna

Your tasks:

- (pro-)active portfolio management (optimize and improve the existing portfolio in alignment with the European Real Estate market strategy)

- Monitor and negotiate lease actions for existing stores (e.g. terminations, lease term, extensions, rent reductions)

- Prepare and execute business cases in terms of market strategy, location requirements, commercial idea, configuration of space and economic/legal terms and present for approval

- Coordinate with other functions before finalizing the negotiations (e.g. legal, construction, store design, accounting, marketing, merchandising)

- Managing administrative tasks

Your profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administation or equivalent

- proven track record Real Estate experience in a similar role for an international retailer

- Knowledge of the Real Estate market for Retailing activities and the developments that take place in Retailing

- Knowledge of how to assess the Real Estate portfolio, curious and with a high drive to execute a plan that supports business decisions taken and mitigate risks

- Strong negotiation skills and recognized in the Real Estate and Investors sector with a natural approach for building and maintaining a professional network

- Analytical and good understanding of legislation and market practice concerning Real Estate in CEE area

- Fluent in English and German (oral and written) and other European languages are an advantage

A gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3.500,- on a full-time basis is envisaged with the readiness for overpayment, depending on your qualifications and experience.
