Im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung haben wir im Auftrag unseres Mandanten folgende Position zu besetzen

PLANT MANAGER AUTOMOTIVE (M/W/D)

For our client, an international company in the automotive industry, we are looking for a

Plant Manager Automotive (m/w/d) Tasks:  

* Compliance with budget targets measured by gross margin and inventory levels

* Definition and forecasting of targets for the plant

* Creation of a working environment that respects health and safety requirements, customer satisfaction, quality standards and delivery specifications (in a JIT/JIS environment)

* Further development and continuous improvement of processes and all employees in the plant

* Reporting and management of budgets, responsibility for the profit and loss account (P&L) and definition of measures to achieve the plant targets with the management team

* Adaptation of the plant's resources and costs to volume fluctuations and strategic planning

* Securing and preparing new start-ups and adapting the business plan

* Introduction and integration of digitalization of processes in the plant

* Developing talent and preparing future leaders

Profile:  

* Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, supply chain management)

* Proven and successful experience as a plant manager in automotive production management and lean manufacturing / production system / Toyota production system and JIS delivery

* Knowledge of ISO TS and IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 and specific local requirements

* Proven experience in team management with leadership and coaching skills

* Strong communication skills in a dynamic environment

* very good and advanced language skills in Czech and English
