PHARMACY DISPENSARY COUNTER ASSISTANT. Dublin. Irlanda

PHARMACY COUNTER /DISPENSARY  ASSISTANT  REQUIRED

25 - 40  hours per week (incl 4 hours on Saturdays)

Rostered Monday - Friday 9am - 6.00pm and Saturday 9.30am -1.30pm

Gormley Pharmacy has a vacancy for an OTC Counter/Dispensary Assistant to join our team in Churchtown. We require someone with experience and an enthusiastic attitude to provide excellent customer service to our patients.

What you will do;

•    Provide a high level of customer and patient care.

•    Provide excellent customer advice through product knowledge.

•    Ensure stock is merchandised and retail area is maintained to a high standard

•    Support the pharmacy team and focus on building good relationships with customers

What you will bring:  

ESSENTIAL

•    Excellent communication, organisation & interpersonal skills.

•    Positive friendly attitude and ability to work on your own initiative as well  as within a team

•    Approachable and friendly with a passion to deliver outstanding patient care  

•    Confident  advising on OTC medicines and working in the Dispensary

•    Preferably have completed or working towards completion of Medicine

        Counter Assistant/Pharmacy Assistant course

•    Good work ethic, motivated,  customer centred

•    Minimum I year pharmacy experience in Irish pharmacy system

•    Leaving certificate education with excellent numeracy & computer skills and

        good knowledge of Microsoft applications

•    The right to work in Ireland  without restrictions on working hours

DESIRABLE:    

•    Dispensary experience

•    Knowledge of McLernons MPS / Dispensesense system

Immediate start – Salary €12.70per hr negotiable**   depending on experience  - No Late night or Sundays
