The Company for Personal Assistant Mandarin Speaking The business is an established property management and investment company that has properties in London, Hong Kong and China. As part of the growth of the business a position has come up for Personal Assistant Mandarin Speaking, based in London. We are looking for an individual who is experienced in a range of duties supporting a HNW CEO run a busy office. The role is a varied position with a bias to professional and private support of the CEO activity but with a proportion of work on the day-to-day running of the client’s property management business. The Role for Personal Assistant Mandarin Speaking * Contact, Diary and Administration o day-to-day admin o diary management o maintain filing o screen incoming calls and emails o meet and greet visitors * Meetings and Travel o organise meetings for the CEO o brief CEO before meetings and appointments o take minutes in meetings (Mandarin and English) o travel bookings; hotels and transport o visas and itineraries o travel occasionally with the CEO * Research o carry out bespoke research projects o produce documents or reports for the CEO o liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff o maintain data management and filing standards o monitor team performance and provide feedback to CEO Skills Required for Personal Assistant Mandarin Speaking * BA, BSc or relevant technical vocational training as PA / EA * Previous Personal Assistant experience 3 years+ * Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm (assessed in the recruitment process) * It is essential the candidate speaks Mandarin and English fluently * Able to translate both ways with ease * First class administrative skills * Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel (Advanced level preferred) * Superb organisation skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Versatile and adaptable * Resilient, consistent, creative and efficient * Honest, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and hard working * Excellent interpersonal skills * Excellent verbal and written communication; articulates information well, concise * Discretion; operates with sensitivity, understands boundaries, good judgement * Great interpersonal skills; able to work well with graduates through to board members * Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines * Proactive, friendly and approachable The Benefits for Personal Assistant Mandarin Speaking * Busy, vibrant office * Opportunity for International Travel * Established office set-up * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Annual bonus scheme (10%)
