Performance Manager - Band 8a Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking an outstanding NHS performance specialist to join our vibrant Information Team. The post will be instrumental in the continuous improvement of performance reporting and performance management across the CCG. Taking the lead on the development and maintenance of the performance framework, and associated processes, that will ensure that all commissioning commitments are achieved. These commitments include those outlined in the NHS Operating Framework, Outcomes Framework, Commissioning Outcomes Framework, the Integrated Plan plus any other commissioning requirements. Working to the Information Manager for Planned Care &Performance, the post holder will use their detailed understanding of national and local performance standards to support the delivery and development of the performance management framework across the Organisation. The post holder will work on specific projects within the department and the successful candidate will need strong skills in project management and delivery and utilise your analytical skills to add insight and understanding to our work.
