The UK Performance Achievement (PA) Lead is responsible for designing, building and communicating local PA policies, processes and practices according to PA guiding principles for employees below Managing Director in the UK and for Managing Directors in the UK and Ireland. The UK PA lead also liaises with various Accenture Centres of Excellence – (e.g. Total Rewards and PA Programme Managers) - to understand and apply the globally consistent PA approach and tools. The PA lead supports the HR teams, acting as point of contact for PA activities and determining appropriate resolutions. To carry out responsibilities successfully, s/he will develop strong working relationships and networks. This is a stand-alone role within the Total Rewards team, and is a great opportunity to gain Project Management experience within the PA and Reward space, whilst developing autonomous ways of working and collaboration with a wide variety of HR Teams. What responsibilities will you have? Subject Matter Expert · Act as the subject matter expert for the UK and Ireland - lead on all PA activities; serve as SME for HR · Design training materials, roll-out to HR and help with wider implementation. Provide ad hoc training to individuals who are less experienced in PA · Maintain 'on the ground' knowledge by ensuring attendance of DTE meetings etc. · Develop specialist knowledge through research of published material and market trends, to aid design and implementation of new ideas/best practices · Act as myPerformance/Performance Achievement tool expert and key contact for any queries/issues · Investigate inquiries that pertain to PA · Facilitate ‘Leading Extraordinary Teams’ twice a month to train levels 8 and above on what is Performance Achievement Collaboration · Collaborate with UK/I Reward team and support Reward specific activities during quieter periods · Act as the key conduit for information between the CoE and the UK, participate in CoE PA calls · Drive performance achievement and career development agenda in the UK, using guiding principles agreed by CoE and UK PA Steering Group as foundation for decisions. · Build relationships with stakeholders across HR and Beyond: UK PA Steering Group, UK PA Champions, UK PA Account Contacts, EALA PA Programme Managers, Global DTE PA Programme Manag
