Would you like to be part of a dynamic and exciting company? Milestone Systems are looking for a Partner Service and Sales Support Coordinator to join our sales support team at our global headquarters in Brøndby.

We offer an exciting and challenging job in the leading VMS company. You will be part of the Partner Service and Sales Support team that consists of 5 full time employees, a Student Associate and a part time employee. The team works in an informal atmosphere consisting of friendly colleagues. You will be based in our Copenhagen office, where you will be communicating with our prioritized channel partners. The position will report to our Sales Coordinator, Partner Service & Sales Support EMEA.

Your Responsibilities

Your primarily tasks will be assisting in the daily order handling and sales related tasks for all EMEA, including, but not solely, language support to the Italian and Iberian market. 

This includes direct contact with partners and close co-operation with the global sales team. There will be a concentration of tasks toward answering phone call, emails, inquiries, quotations, etc. You will also assist in the coordination of new projects with the objective of developing business for the company.   

Work Tasks:

  • Assist in order handling 
  • Provide professional sales support (email, phone calls regarding inquiries, quotations, etc.)
  • Support our customers in sales related tasks (answering email/take phone calls regarding inquiries, quotations, etc.)
  • Invoices follow-up and close cooperation with our global sales team and distributors
  • Close co-operation with our global Partner Service and Sales Support offices
  • Responsible for the handling of channel partner agreements
  • Drive sales-oriented projects, which involve outbound calls, emailing to new and existing partners
  • Daily data entries in our CRM system, (Salesforce), i.e., record relevant company and contact information to keep records current and accurate
  • Flexibility to work on a later schedule at month end, as well as schedule flexibility in general
  • Other various tasks 

 Professional qualifications: 

  • A Bachelor´s Degree preferable in Business or equivalent education 
  • Experience with order handling/support preferred
  • Flair for numbers is necessary
  • Strong IT skills – specially with MS Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Navision (or other CRM system) is an advantage 
  • Milestone Systems is an International company, and corporate language is English, It is a requirement that you are fluent in English in writing
  • Mother tongue Italian with fluency in Spanish language
  • Flexibility to travel from time to time 
  • Any other language is a plus

  • Flexibility, open minded and positive
  • Ability to organize, detail and process oriented
  • Result oriented
  • Able to multi task, as some days can be very hectic
  • Good at working independently and in groups
