Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare and arrange cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and desserts.

    Maintain a clean and organized pantry area.

    Assist in the preparation of ingredients for hot dishes as needed.

    Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled.

    Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service during banquets and events.

    Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

    Previous experience as a pantry cook or in a similar role.

    Strong understanding of food safety practices.

    Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Team player with a positive attitude.

    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
