The main missions of the role are:Ensure that machines and tools are running according HSE requirements and process definitions;Perform predictive, preventive and curative maintenance on equipments, all associated tools;Guarantee that process losses are according defined targets;Support plant new launches team on new tools and machines installation;Support continuous improvement process;Manage and report key Maintenance indicators;Coordinate Equipment Care and TPM activities;Plan, monitor and coordinate the work of external companies;Create and introduce procedures regarding the tasks of field of responsibility;Support problem solving initiatives.
Education level:
Degree in engineering, preferablySkills and competenciesLeadership skillsAbility to interface with other functions - Networking capabilities.International mindset
