Applicants should have:

CE Supervisor candidates must evidence competency in one or more of the following areas: Business/Financial Administration, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Training, Human Resources, People Management, ICT skills (e.g Microsoft Office) and Payroll. Candidates should have 3 years supervisory experience and a major 3rd level qualification(NFQ level 6 or higher) is desirable.

Duties:

Supervisor must be competent to oversee the Administrative, Technical and Participant Development aspects of the  Community Employment Project.

The applicant should have a solid understanding of the role of the Community Employment Supervisor as it pertains to project management and programme delivery to participants in rehabilitation and who present as long term unemployed or vulnerable adults.

The suitable person would need excellent interpersonal skills and a positive proactive attitude to work and also the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

Excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

It would be desirable that the candidate would have:

The ability to support and develop people in early recovery.

QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and graphics and presentation software.

Working knowledge of the QQI accredited courses would be beneficial.
