We are looking for an experienced Organisation, Development and Change Manager, to play a pivotal role in the transformation journey for Carlsberg Global Business Services to create best in class technology and shared services organization. Our aim is to be best at People Leadership, Discipline Leadership (functional) and Business Leadership. Most important aspect of the job Reporting into the VP of HR for GBS and being a part of the HR team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute OD professional to create change, drive communications and manage engagement across the Global Business Service organisation. The job This role will be the lead for development and implementation of Organisation Development and Change initiatives, address organization effectiveness, culture development, align to the Group’s winning culture and develop and drive the delivery of the employee experience/engagement plan as well as bring to life a One GBS. The organisation is currently going through a significant transformation and building the new organisation with the right leadership, engagement and culture is key to success long term. The Profile The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OD and understand the importance of leadership and the fundamental foundation to build strong teams and team based performance. He or she will be structured, results orientated and understand that great results are delivered in teams. He or she will have a positive mind-set and be passionate about people realising their potential. Role: •Develop and lead change management plans •Initiate and sustain continuous dialogue with leaders on change issues, identifying and analysing the change •Drive Winning Culture and address operational effectiveness and employee experience through implementation of internal and external best practices and insights •Development and delivery of the employee communications strategy •Own the employee engagement and experience in GBS. Facilitate, design and deliver the overall employee engagement cycle, plan development and execution, based on feedback and insights to challenge and improve the overall effectiveness, change and communication plans •Partner with HRD in the markets to implement and embed the ‘One GBS strategy’ •Facilitate workshops and mechanisms to embed new working methodologies •Develop competency framework and new role descriptions for the organisation and identify training needs analysis alongside •Advice & coach leaders in areas of large-scale, cross-BU or globally driven organization and culture change, leadership effectiveness and communications •Support development of leadership development programme Carlsberg Global Business Services is the global provider of business services to all functions, regions and markets in the Carlsberg Group.
